Take a break from your daily routine and embark on our Hermès and Hermès II restaurant boats. Indulge in quality gastronomy and explore the majestic landscapes of Lyon thanks to the commentary broadcast on board.

Sweet potato houmous, lettuce and citrus dressing (Vegetarian)

Chicken liver cake  served warm, tomato velouté

 Pumpkin soup served with fresh goat cheese, smoked duck breast and chestnuts

 Fondant leeks, haddock flavoured with lemon zest , Ravigote dressing
 
   
Royal sea bream filet, anna style potatoes, roasted vegetables, armoricaine sauce

 Slow cooked veal breast with mustard seed, green lentils “Le Puy” like a stew in the cooking juice.

Please arrive 20 minutes before departure. Doors open at 12.10pm. Departure at 12:30p.m.
